Wasatch Yard Co started in Salt Lake City in 2026 with a simple frustration: getting sprinklers winterized meant calling around, leaving voicemails and waiting for quotes, right when everyone else was doing the same thing. Gutters, leaves, holiday lights and snow were the same story.
Founder Bruce Hansen is a local software engineer. He built a faster way to book the yard and home chores every Utah season brings: pick a service, see a fixed price, pick a date window and send a request. We call or text to confirm, handle scheduling, routing and support, and partner with vetted local crews and technicians who do the hands-on work. You pay when the job is done.
What we promise
- Fixed, upfront prices on every service, shown before you book. If the real count (zones, feet of gutter, lot size) is different on site, the price follows the real number, up or down.

Who does the work
Jobs are done by independent local crews from our partner network. We vet each partner before sending work, ask for proof of insurance, and use licensed contractors where Utah requires a license (for example, irrigation work). We stay your point of contact from booking to payment.
