Payment
- Pay when the job is done. Nothing is charged when you send a booking request or join a waitlist, and no payment is collected on this website.
- Prices: fixed and shown before you book on each service page. Sprinkler blowouts and spring startups are $15 per zone with a $75 minimum (5 zones). Gutter cleaning and holiday lights are priced per linear foot, cleanups and aeration by lot size, weeding by bed size and snow removal per visit or per month. If the crew finds a different count on site (zones, feet, lot or bed size), you pay for the real count; minimums still apply.
- Snow removal monthly plans are billed after each month of service. Per-visit snow removal is billed after each visit.
- Accepted payment methods: TODO: list how you collect payment at the job, e.g. card reader, Venmo, cash, check
- Neighbor discount: $10 off each home's bill once 3+ homes in the same group code are booked.
Cancellations
- Since nothing is paid upfront, there's nothing to refund. Cancel or reschedule any time by calling or texting (385) 743-8966. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to a neighbor.
- Monthly snow plans can be cancelled before the start of the next month.
- If we can't get to your home in your window (or before your area's recommended freeze deadline for blowouts), we'll tell you as soon as we know.
Service terms
- Sprinkler blowouts remove water from irrigation lines with compressed air. They don't repair existing damage, and Wasatch Yard Co isn't responsible for freeze damage that happened before your service date. Spring startups include a check of each zone; repairs are quoted and only done with your OK.
- Gutter cleaning is cleaning only; we note but don't repair loose or leaking gutters.
- Holiday lights plug into your existing outdoor outlets. We don't install outlets or do electrical work. Lights supplied on the full-season package remain ours and are removed in January.
- Snow removal is triggered at the accumulation stated on the snow removal page. Please mark sprinkler heads, edging and low lights; we can't be responsible for items hidden under snow. Ice can re-form after we leave.
- Aeration: please mark hidden lines (shallow drip, invisible dog fences, low-voltage cables). Crews flag visible sprinkler heads.
- No herbicide or pesticide is applied by our crews.

Privacy
When you send a booking request or join a waitlist, Wasatch Yard Co receives the details you enter (name, phone, optional email, service address, the service you picked and its details, date window and notes). Forms are processed by our website host, Netlify. We use this only to schedule and contact you about your service, and we don't sell your information. No card or bank details are collected online.
