Sprinkler blowout / startup

Count the numbered stations wired on your sprinkler controller, including drip zones. $15 per zone with a $75 minimum (5 zones). If the tech counts differently on site, you pay for the real count.

Gutter cleaning

Add up the roof edges that have gutters. Most homes are 120–220 ft. Not sure? Leave 160; the crew measures and the price follows the real footage.

Holiday lights

Measure the eaves and peaks you want lit. Lights plug into an existing outdoor outlet; we don't do electrical work.
